The face of the middle girl seems like it's missing a shadow under the hairline and the eye brows.
As for the background and foreground I suggest the background to be darken around the middle and blue chick, as my eye mainly focuses on the end (red) chick because the background is darker beside/behind her and makes the red one jump out first.
Maybe even darken the left side where the blue angel in order to even it up and creates that middle focus point because if you cut the girls off at the middle of the hips and above the circle with the fish inside using your hands to make a box you can see the middle area is beautifully focused on the girls but as you move your hand away the focus isn't as dominating, which can be easily fixed.... well so i think... it looks easy even though I know it's not, hahaha
I quite enjoy the middle chick is holding her friends, that looks very effective. As well as the amount of detail put into this work. I like how you didn't make the red and blue arms on the same level/ position. Although would have extended the red's hand to her chest so it creates this look l>l
